Graduated in Law, with a Master’s in Corporate Law from Abad Oliva, an AGT Master from ESADE, he has worked at CUATRECASAS (Barcelona, Rotterdam, and New York), CLIFFORD CHANCE (Barcelona and London), BIRD & BIRD (Madrid and Paris), and after a stint at a legal boutique, he founded his own firm, CHR LEGAL, whose human team integrated into ANDERSEN, where he was managing partner responsible for Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, and Andorra. He then returned to create his own firm focused on providing value-added legal solutions: LEGAL ADDED VALUE.

He has advised major clients such as -but not limited to- GOLDMAN SACHS, CARLYLE, MERRILL LYNCH, NAZCA PRIVATE EQUITY, MIURA PARTNERS, AGUAS DE BARCELONA, ABERTIS, CELLNEX, ALMIRALL, GAS NATURAL, family businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. He is the author of a book (Taxation of Holding Companies in Spain, edited by the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation), has written around a hundred articles in Spanish and foreign publications, and has been a professor of national and international taxation for 15 years, collaborating with IESE Alumni, ESADE, and the GARRIGUES STUDY CENTER.
